Damaged Goods If any item delivered to you is damaged, please return it
to the address below. Please indicate whether you would like a full refund (including
delivery charge) or a replacement item.
Other Returns
You have the right to cancel the order within 14 days starting the day after receipt of the goods.
The goods must be received within 14 days of the cancellation. A refund of all monies,
including the initial postage and packing charge (if the buyer chose a more
expensive method, we will only refund at our standard rate), will be made within
14 days of
the cancellation or receipt of the goods. We will not refund the cost of
returning the item(s).
Goods should be returned in the condition that they were supplied,
with any seals and shrink-wrap attached, and
the customer must pay
the cost of returning the goods. If the goods are not returned at the customer's
own expense, a deduction will be made from the
refund to cover the direct cost of collecting the goods. We can only accept the
return of opened items, such as sealed DVDs, if they are faulty.
If
you wish to return goods after 14 days, we will
exchange them for another item of equal value if the
items are in new condition. At our discretion, we may
give a full refund for the item, excluding the postage
and packing charge, dependant on the condition of the
items being returned.

Please carefully repackage any returned items, and enclose
