This attraction has recently changed its name from The Haunted Crypt to The Horror Crypt...Or has
it?
In the 2003 leaflet given out with tickets and wristbands at the park it states:
"Horror Crypt - Dare you enter the depths of The Haunted Crypt where horror awaits..."
There are also still some signs up in various places as well stating that this attraction is called The Haunted Crypt!
Another puzzling sign says: "See The Dungeon in the Bloody Tower" (...eh?)
Anyway, anyone who appears to have converted a shop front and an upstairs storeroom into a walk through haunted attraction is OK by me...And this is what seems to have happened here!
Tucked away on the corner of Watson Road and Ocean Boulevard next to the 'East to West' food outlet stands this walkthrough.
We are not talking hi-tech here but it does have to offer several effective chilling moments by way of a number of scary scenes. You begin by entering through a small passageway and turning right up some stairs. Not recommended for people who dislike sudden clanging noises.
Listen out for the eerie laughter and...er...the cat.
Good cheap fun and everything this type of walk through should be!!
