An interesting collection of
(hundreds) of memories of Crystal Beach Amusement Park submitted by
some of the patrons and colleagues over the years. See the many
thrill and family rides, the roller coasters (Backety-Back Scenic
Railway, Cyclone, Comet, Wild Mouse), stalls and sideshows, and
learn more about them from the people that worked there. Read about
the many big band orchestras that wowed Ballroom audiences during
the 40s and 50s, and share memories of dance marathons, roller
coaster marathons aboard the Comet, and other special events.
Crystal Beach Amusement Park is indeed greatly missed.
