Revised edition of 1910 original. The story of the life of showman 'Lord' George Sanger. A tale of "strange things, scenes and adventures" from over seventy years of travelling, a period in which his travelling show grew from a "modest box on wheels" to the biggest combination of circus and menagerie Britain has ever produced.

Beautifully written. With an introduction by Colin Macinnes.

No significant dirt, although there is some. Bumping/edge wear to the wrapper. Not clipped. Darkening to the page edges and foxing to the edges. Inscriptions to the half title page.
