Two comedies filmed at Venice Beach starring Harold Lloyd, one of the top three comedians of the 1920s. These shorts were produced and directed by Hal Roach.

In the first from 1918, 'Why Worry?', Harold gets into trouble when he flirts with a married woman and gets squashed by a big (to put it nicely) woman in the Fun House. The second comedy from 1920, 'Number Please', co-stars his future wife Mildred Davis. The story concerns the fate of men who have been jilted and the various ways they end it all. Our Hero Harold decides to ride himself to death at the amusement park. What a great way to go!
