Marie Dressler and Johnny Hines in a
delightful 1917 bittersweet comedy of two married people (not to
each other) who run off to Coney Island for a day's pleasure.
In real life, Marie Dressler had the popcorn concession at
Dreamland.
They have fun and you'll have fun along with them. There are some
exceptional shots in Steeplechase Park that do not appear in any
other filmed record.
